Yogi Tea

A few years ago, if you'd told me I'd be writing an entire blog post dedicated to my favourite herbal teas I would have laughed you off the face of the planet but these days I have nothing but boundless enthusiasm for them. I'm not sure what that says about me as a person but I don't even care because these teas are the some of best thing to ever happen to me, probably. In all seriousness though, I truly believe these teas will change your health for the better - as they have mine. They retail for about £2.29 a box, although Infinity Foods in Brighton are (at the time of writing) currently offering them half price!

Yogi Teas are completely organic, sustainable, ecological and purposeful. A purposeful tea? YES, because each teabag comes with a wise and wonderful mantra to live your day by and a yoga move to try! If that hasn't already sold them to you then let me continue... Yogi Tea make over 50 different types of tea, each created to cater to a specific health need, which is equal parts amazing and terrible because I want to buy them all but don't have room on my tea shelf. I know, I have a tea shelf. Do you hate me yet? It can't be as much as I hate myself for only owning four of these teas.

One of my new year's resolutions was to be super healthy, maybe even GOOP style healthy (Bikram Yoga high on chia seeds), and these teas have done some of the hard work for me. I start my morning by waking up my system with a refreshing cup of Jasmine, eat way less junk throughout the day with the help of Classic Cinnamon and Choco Aztec Spice (the latter being the best no-calorie chocolate fix under the sun) and even fall asleep at a normal hour with the help of their Bedtime tea. Most importantly though, I feel like the mantras are making me a better person and I never even knew that could come from a tea.
