By Terry Touche Veloutée Concealer

Finally! I've found the miracle product my under-eye bags have been waiting for. By Terry Touche Veloutée is a multi-tasking highlighting concealer brush designed to disguise dark circles, banish blemishes and smooth fine lines. It's essentially Photoshop in a tube, and I'm completely in love with it.

I'd previously been using YSL Touche Éclat, and while I love it as a highlighter, the coverage isn't quite enough to mask my tired eyes some mornings. Having heard nothing but rave reviews of By Terry's 'wonder concealer', I decided to give it a go and I'm so glad I did! It may be pricey, but the tube is surprisingly large and a little product goes a long, long way.

The concealer comes in four shades and I opted for the lightest one - Porcelain. I tested out the second lightest - Cream - which was a great match for my skin tone, but found Porcelain gave me that extra brightening boost I needed in the eye area. To get the look in the photo above, I used the brilliant wide brush to sweep the concealer in a triangle shape under the eye right up to the inner corner, on the top of my cheekbone, and along the arch of my brow.

It really is an instance face refresher! A blend of light reflecting prisms provide an optical lifting illusion, while high performance phyto-active ingredients work to fade away fatigue, dark shadows, and periorbital puffiness. Touche Veloutée is long-lasting with flawless coverage (just what I needed!) but it still looks so natural - no cakey under-eyes in sight! The finish is amazingly crease-free but I usually set it with a little pressed powder too, just in case.

Are you tempted to try Touche Voulutée? What concealer do you swear by?
